Returns & Refunds

Last updated: September 2026

At AllThatGold, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our standard return policy allows eligible customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Standard Returns

To be eligible for a standard return:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item should be in its original packaging, with tags, accessories, and other included components where applicable.
• You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a standard return.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

allthatgoldhelp@gmail.com
support@allthatgold.com

Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not send any product back before contacting AllThatGold and receiving return approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and return shipping instructions for your order.

Products sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For these claims, we may request clear photographs and/or video evidence showing the package, shipping label, product, and condition of the item.

Unboxing Evidence

For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect-item claims, customers are strongly encouraged to record an uninterrupted video while opening the package, beginning with the unopened package and visible shipping label and continuing through the inspection of the contents.

Such photographs or video may be requested as part of our review of a claim.

An unboxing video is not a mandatory condition for exercising any statutory consumer right that cannot legally be made subject to such a requirement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
• Opened or used personal-care, beauty, skincare, or hygiene products where return is not appropriate for health or hygiene reasons
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Digital products or downloadable products, where applicable
• Gift cards
• Items specifically identified as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

This list may vary depending on the nature of the product. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

5. Return Shipping

For an approved standard return due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason not caused by an error or defect on our part, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the circumstances and provide the applicable return or resolution instructions.

We do not automatically provide a return shipping label for every return.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for a different product, size, color, or variant.

Where an exchange is not available, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

7. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved for a refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For our standard returns, we aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed after we have approved your refund, please contact us at:

allthatgoldhelp@gmail.com

8. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and your purchase is covered by applicable EU consumer-protection law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

This statutory right applies notwithstanding our standard 7-day return policy, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will process the cancellation, return, and refund in accordance with the applicable EU consumer-protection requirements.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including certain personalized or made-to-order goods, perishable goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

If you wish to exercise an applicable EU withdrawal right, please contact us at:

allthatgoldhelp@gmail.com
support@allthatgold.com

Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can provide the applicable return instructions.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded, or waived under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Where mandatory consumer-protection requirements apply, those requirements will take precedence over any conflicting provision of this policy.
